Cleaning support for businesses, managed properties and turnovers.

Different spaces need different cleaning routines. A gym is not an office. A rental turnover is not the same as a weekly lobby clean. We build the scope around how the space is used, who walks through it, and what needs to be ready next.

Industries

Not every job needs the same checklist.

The point of this page is not to claim we clean every type of building under the sun. It is to show the kinds of spaces Toss Boss is built for: practical cleaning, clear expectations, and resets that help the next day run smoother.

How we quote

The best cleaning plan starts with how the space actually operates.

For recurring commercial cleaning, the useful questions are simple: when can we access the space, what areas matter most, how often does it need service, and what would make the manager feel like the job was handled properly?

For turnovers, the focus changes. Timing matters more. Presentation matters more. The space needs to be ready for the next tenant, guest, showing or workday.

What we look at

  • Type of space and traffic level
  • Frequency: one-time, weekly, multiple times per week or turnover-based
  • Floors, washrooms, garbage, surfaces and common areas
  • Access, parking, alarms and preferred service time
  • Any details that keep getting missed by past cleaners

Have a space that needs regular cleaning or a reset?

Send the basics and we’ll help figure out the right scope, schedule and next step.
